Molly

I adopted Molly when she was 2 years old and she passed away on July 25th, 2021 at the age of 19 years 4 months.

Fate brought us together when one day I had to take Moxie to the vet because she was sick and when I was in the office I noticed there was a cage with a black cat in it named Molly and I went over to her and started petting her and felt a connection. I left the office and shortly after Moxie passed away because of cancer which was devastating.

At the time it was just Moxie and me after Teddie her brother passed away in 2002 and Moxie passed away in 2004. After Moxie’s passing, I was lonely without them. I went to the pet store one day to get cat food for my brother’s cat and turns out the black cat named Molly I saw at the vet was the same cat. A lady was trying to have her and another cat for adoption at the pet store. I was petting her again for a few minutes then left.

A month or so later I went back to the pet store for more cat food for my brother’s cat and the black cat named Molly was there again. This time I decided to adopt her and she has been with me since 2004.

Molly was a stray that was rescued outside and had four kittens. I was given pictures of her beautiful kittens and sure Molly was a great Mom as she was a great companion to me.

She has given me so many kisses and me the same to her and will miss her dearly. She crossed over the Rainbow bridge to be with her brothers and sisters and perhaps her mother and father.

I will always love you, Molly.
